For Candidates

The next step starts with a conversation — not an application.

I work personally, confidentially and with time. If you'd like to explore your options — actively searching or interested in a specific situation — write to me.

Three ways to start

You choose how we begin.

Every path is voluntary and reversible. No path leads anywhere without your explicit agreement first.

  1. 01

    A specific vacancy

You've seen a role that interests you — on Jobs or through a direct approach. We talk it through against the actual brief, not just the title.

  2. 02

    A confidential career conversation

You're not applying for anything in particular. We take stock together — what fits, what doesn't, and what a realistic next step could look like.

  3. 03

Voluntary inclusion in the candidate pool

With your separate, explicit consent, I keep your profile on file for up to 24 months, so I can come back to you when a relevant role appears. You can withdraw this consent at any time, and I never forward your details without your written release. See the privacy notice.

Candidate promise

Four principles.

  • 01Confidentiality — your enquiry stays between us until you explicitly approve otherwise.
  • 02Time for a conversation — I get to know you personally, not just your CV.
  • 03Honest guidance — if a role doesn't fit, I'll say so. If you shouldn't move yet, I'll say that too.
  • 04A clear process — you know where you stand and what comes next.

One honest limit: I cannot promise a placement, a specific salary, or a timeline. What I can promise is a fair, confidential conversation and a straight answer, even when it isn't the one you hoped for.

Process

Five steps — no guesswork.

  1. 01

    Confidential first conversation

A personal introduction, your current situation, priorities and possible options.

  2. 02

    Role and motivation clarification

Specific roles and environments are assessed together — in substance and in culture.

  3. 03

    Explicit approval before any introduction

No profile goes to a company without your written approval.

  4. 04

    Interviews & feedback

I support you through the process, give qualified feedback and moderate where needed.

  5. 05

    Decision & move

Contract negotiation, notice planning and a clean transition.

Markets and profiles

Where I'm at home.

Four markets with grown depth — from tax specialist to plant manager, from asset management to Head of Recruiting.

Jobs vs direct approach

Not every search is run in public.

On Jobs you'll find a selection of public positions. A large part of my searches are run confidentially — a direct approach is therefore explicitly welcome.

Write to me briefly about what you're looking for — and what you're definitely not looking for anymore. The rest emerges in conversation.

Optional contact service

Only after your separate, explicit consent, I put you in touch with independent specialists for private provision and cover topics — voluntary, small and clearly separate from my recruitment work. This is not insurance or financial advice. Notice.
